Job description

Introduction: Lead and execute projects successfully with cross-functional teams.

Ensure timely delivery within budget and specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Adherence to project timelines.
  2. Budget oversight.
  3. Quality control.
  4. Safety performance.
  5. Project completion and handover.
  6. Collaboration with Department Heads and other stakeholders to formulate project plans and schedules.
  7. Execution of feasibility studies and risk evaluations to identify potential project limitations and devise mitigation strategies.
  8. Coordination and supervision of the design, procurement, and construction stages of projects, ensuring adherence to industry norms and regulations.
  9. Management of project budgets, expense tracking, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders.
  10. Site visits to oversee construction progress, address any concerns, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  11. Facilitation of effective communication and resolution of project-related issues by acting as a liaison between internal teams, external contractors, and Department Heads.
  12. Leadership of project meetings, provision of technical guidance to team members, and facilitation of problem-solving sessions as required.
  13. Post-project evaluations to learn lessons, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices for future projects.
