Job description

Job Title: Dräger Talent Acquisition Specialist

Passionate about People and Empathetic Leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to survey customers' needs and requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing a comprehensive scope of works per project based on customer specifications and site inspections.
  2. Assisting with the implementation of the scope of work at various project phases.
  3. Managing budgets throughout the Project Life Cycle.
  4. Supervising the quotation process, including receiving quotes, making cost calculations, and checking quotations.
  5. Carrying out project-related drawing work and product adjustments in alignment with FGDS BDMM.
  6. Making time schedules, selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, and conditions for third-party services.
  7. Compiling accurate Bill of Quantities for each project.
  8. Ensuring correct registration of projects, monitoring quality and progress, and overseeing materials flow.
  9. Visiting project sites, attending meetings, and facilitating procurement of goods and services.
  10. Monitoring price agreements, evaluating projects, and suggesting process improvements.
  11. Assisting with installations, ensuring Factory and Site Acceptance Tests, and project handovers.
  12. Closing projects and ensuring all documentation is completed and signed by the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Project Management qualification is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Deep technical affinity with solutions for production-related environments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or E-plan software.
  • VCABA4 / BA5 (Electrical Safety Certification).
