Overview

The Regional Implementation Lead is a pivotal role within the business. Working closely alongside the Global Implementation Lead and the regional Adaptation Hub, this role is responsible for qualifying new projects and guiding adaptation and transcreation briefs through the Publicis Red+ (PR+) Centralised Production Model, ensuring all production and adaptation aspects are well-managed.

The Regional Implementation Lead (RIL) serves as the day-to-day engagement lead for agency and client content production solutions in the region, with oversight of Type 1+2 origination projects and accountability for Type 3+4 adaptation projects. The RIL clarifies briefs submitted via the project request form through the Workflow Platform and manages all Type 3+4 projects, working across key markets. As the accounts' Integrated Adaptation Producer, the RIL collaborates with development teams to adapt regional campaign assets for local markets, including versioning and translating assets into local languages, ensuring all assets (Film, Print, Digital, and Copy) meet high standards.

The goal is to ensure smooth and effective production within the Europe region, overseeing creative output across projects, and mentoring markets to work within the PR+ production model.

This role is divided into four key areas:

  1. Global and Regional asset toolkit knowledge
  2. Process and Production
  3. Regional Reporting and Presentations
  4. Mentoring & Building relationships

The role involves overseeing all projects in the region, ensuring adaptation flows through the offshore production facility, and that master assets are correctly adapted, adhering to brand guidelines and usage regulations. Close collaboration with the Global Implementation Lead and regional producers is essential to meet adaptation needs to the highest standards.

The RIL must possess solid project management skills to:

  • Work with clients to receive, vet, and complete Type 3+4 briefing requests, determining the best team for workflow initiation
  • Build project timelines and validate estimates from the Adaptation Hub
  • Guide client and agency expectations, manage projects, and troubleshoot production issues
  • Solicit client feedback and communicate improvement areas to management and global account leadership
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, local teams, transcreation partners, media partners, and the global team

The remaining capacity should focus on challenging and updating project data from the Adaptation Hub to deliver accurate reporting to global teams, providing insights into market activity during meetings, through close work with the Implementation Network team.
