Overview: As a Project Director, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end management and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple media channels for our key client and their 20+ brands.

Your role will be critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee all stages of project delivery, from initial concept to final output, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. In this fast-paced, agile environment, you will manage complex, multi-brand campaigns, navigating evolving client demands, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.

Your ability to align teams, mitigate risks, and drive seamless execution will be key to ensuring successful campaign delivery. You will provide structure, guidance, and proactive leadership to creative, media, and strategy teams.

By optimizing workflows, managing resources effectively, and identifying potential risks early, you will ensure smooth project execution and the delivery of exceptional results.

Your project management expertise will be essential in keeping all stakeholders aligned and maintaining the high standards of performance expected across projects.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Project Management & Execution: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, and other media platforms, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and in line with the highest creative standards. Develop, implement, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple brands simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery across all workstreams. Identify project dependencies and critical milestones, managing team activities to ensure key deadlines are met and project deliverables are completed according to specifications. Proactively manage and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring all challenges, from shifting priorities to conflicting deadlines, are addressed in real-time with minimal disruption to project timelines.
  2. Creative Team & Studio Coordination: Work closely with creative, media and production teams, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to meet deadlines. Provide clear directives, manage workloads, and ensure the team has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality work. Address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the creative process, driving solutions that keep the team on track and maintain the flow of project execution. Ensure all internal teams understand their roles and responsibilities and have the required information to execute their work effectively.
  3. Resource & Capacity Management: Manage the allocation and coordination of internal and external resources, ensuring teams are properly staffed based on project demands and skillsets. Regularly assess team workload and capacity, adjusting project timelines and resource allocation as needed to prevent bottlenecks and ensure work is completed on schedule. Proactively identify potential resource shortages or conflicts and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project deadlines are met.
  4. Process Optimization & Efficiency: Implement and continuously improve project management processes to ensure smooth, efficient workflows across teams and departments. Identify areas for process improvement within project delivery and work to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and reduce delays. Monitor project progress against the established timeline, identifying and addressing any risks that could delay or derail project execution. Escalate issues to senior management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Budget & Timeline Oversight: Line of sight of project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and monitored in partnership with the account management team, with any deviations from the budget clearly communicated and addressed. Ensure that all projects are executed within the allocated budget, working with the Business Unit Director to identify any scope changes that might impact cost and scope, and managing those changes appropriately. Provide regular reporting on project timelines, resources and capacity planning to ensure stakeholders remain informed of progress and any adjustments.
  6. Quality Control & Deliverable Review: Ensure the quality of all project deliverables meets or exceeds expectations, with final outputs reviewed for accuracy, creative integrity, and alignment with project goals. Ensure that all work, from creative assets to digital executions, meets the necessary standards before being presented to clients or stakeholders. Maintain an eye for detail and work closely with teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Project Management, Advertising, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of project management experience in a traditional advertising agency, managing integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms.

Multi-Brand Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, complex campaigns simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless execution.

Creative & Media Workflow Expertise: Deep understanding of the creative process—from concept to execution—including experience managing the flow between creative, production, media buying, and final delivery.

Resource & Budget Management: Skilled in capacity planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Process Optimization & Efficiency: Ability to implement and improve project management processes to drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve project risks before they impact timelines, budgets, or quality.

Exceptional Communication & Leadership: Ability to manage expectations across clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration.

High-Pressure Execution: Comfortable leading high-stakes projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.

Strong Organizational & Detail-Oriented Approach: Ensuring precise execution of all project components while maintaining high creative standards.

Team Leadership & Accountability: Capable of guiding, motivating, and holding teams accountable to ensure alignment with project goals.
