Job summary

The Foschini Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator for their Store Development team. This fixed-term role entails planning, coordinating projects, and managing stakeholders effectively. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant project administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

An exciting Fixed-Term opportunity has become available within TFG Store Development for a proactive, organised individual to join the Projects team.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure that all store-related projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning and monitoring all assigned projects within Store Development
  2. Managing administrative requirements for assigned projects
  3. Ensuring project administration functions are completed on time and within budget
  4. Coordinating all vendors responsible for project deliverables
  5. Communicating with and managing internal stakeholders
  6. Ensuring vendor work is completed
  7. Providing all relevant project documentation
  8. Processing project billing
  9. Updating project budget figures
  10. Managing project risks and developing contingency plans
  11. Coordinating meetings, attendees, and conference room bookings
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric / Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant project administrative or coordinator experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP
