The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in the execution, coordination, and administration of a broadband connectivity infrastructure project. This role is vital in ensuring that project activities are efficiently organized, tracked, and communicated to all stakeholders. The coordinator will manage documentation, logistics, and day-to-day administrative tasks to facilitate the timely and cost-effective delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project activities, including meetings, site visits, and reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, service providers, and local authorities to support project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation including schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, and progress reports.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, flagging delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Support procurement processes including preparing requisitions, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Organize logistics for team site visits, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance documents, permits, and reports to relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance in collaboration with site teams.
  • Update dashboards and project tracking tools regularly.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the project team and activities running smoothly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years Project coordination or administrative experience, ideally in infrastructure or ICT environments.
  • Knowledge of broadband network infrastructure, fibre deployment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes in infrastructure projects is desirable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tool MS Project.
