The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the project manager and team in effectively planning, organizing, and executing projects. This role is essential in keeping tasks on track, optimizing resource management, and facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to the Project Manager to ensure all capital projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints while optimizing all resources used.
  • Support the Project Manager in project planning and capital program.
  • Support the Project Manager/Project Engineer in project engineering.
  • Assist in cost control.
  • Ensure the timely supply of project materials by monitoring the progress of orders and liaising with Eskom stores and/or suppliers regarding deliveries to the site.
  • Coordinate all site personnel and contractor functions on allocated projects to ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Arrange and coordinate all outages required for the commissioning of projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • National Diploma (Engineering)/(Technical).
