Purpose of the role Responsible for the overall coordination and operation of the general administration and Order Execution related activities. Ensures that proper support is provided within all designated areas.
Your responsibilities Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensures adherence to FLSmidth policies and procedures.
Implements activities to deliver productivity improvements in order execution through improvements in processes, tools, training, and personnel.
Coordinating deliveries with the responsible department.
Customer communication and progress reporting.
Document control and submissions for all project data book information.
Setup and maintenance of business unit information, files and folders.
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement.
Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
