What you will be doing :

• Efficiently manage compliance certificates and building handover documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to meet client needs seamlessly.
• Oversee apartment handover process and snag resolution for top-quality results.
• Coordinate furniture installation and communal property furnishings with precision.
• Ensure smooth access control management and installation oversight.
• Support site management tasks and maintain meticulous record-keeping.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive handover pack information.
• Secure occupancy certificates and final approvals efficiently.
• Assist Senior Development Coordinator in site exploration with enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate meeting records and update project sales diligently.
• Act as a liaison for council applications and resolution.
• Coordinate parking bays, store rooms sold, and access across projects.
• Provide valuable support for NHBRC-related applications and renewals.
