Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Project Control – Contracts Advisors to provide expert contract management support for large-scale industrial projects . The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and project control methodologies , ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice and support on contract management, procurement, and project control activities for large-scale projects .
• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts , ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards .
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery .
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks .
• Conduct contract performance evaluations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions .
• Prepare and maintain detailed project control reports , including cost forecasts, risk assessments, and progress updates .
• Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy .
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations .

Requirements :

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, contract management, or a related field .
• Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project control methodologies .
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project ) and financial software .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or energy sectors .
• Familiarity with industry-specific contract types .
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies .
• Advanced degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field .
