Qualification And Experience Matric, advanced excel skills, certificate advantageous 5 years management assistant experience with at least 5 years financial experience Required Skills Specific deliverables: Complete and maintain project reports and documentation and store on Group Finance Z drive Schedule project meetings and workshops Maintain decision document within given time frame Ad-Hoc as requested by management from time to time Coordinate travel and accommodation for project team Administer induction of project team members Position Specific Outputs Collate data, design finance workflow, update standard operating procedures, train, and develop staff.
