Introduction

Responsibilities
  1. Provide efficient administration and project support, including:
  • Drafting and typing general correspondence
  • Liaising with internal staff, clients, and suppliers
  • Facilitating travel arrangements
  • Project setup and workflow management
  • Developing project instructions and monitoring outcomes
  • Planning project activities and travel requirements
  • Scheduling site work with clients, brokers, and insurers
  • Compiling and distributing system progress reports
  • Providing general office assistance
  • Performing grammar, spelling, and language checks on reports
  • Problem-solving for clients and consultants

Additional duties may include any reasonable requests from the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
