PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Our client in the maintenance and engineering industry, based in Stikland, Bellville is looking for a skilled Project Admin Supporter / Personal Assistant.

POSITION INFO : RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist the project team in driving delivery dates, outputs, progress reports, documentation and presentations
  • Support Project Managers with regards to daily requirements as needed
  • Schedule and arrange project and ad hoc meetings and taking of minutes
  • Assistance at team meetings, on site and Project Manager level meetings as required
  • Assistance with the Quality Management System
  • Filing of QC & project documents
  • General office administration and management

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Driver’s License
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Experience in taking of minutes
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred
