Job description

Job Title: Project Administrator (On-site)

Location: Limpopo, Thabazimbi | Deadline: September 01, 2025

Key Performance Areas include:

  1. Administrative Support: Handling mail, office upkeep, visitor reception, managing supplies, filing systems, staff leave and personnel records, capturing timesheets and leave forms, data entry.
  2. Documentation Management and Control: Managing project documents, distribution, archiving, and communication plan maintenance.
  3. Coordination of Document Compilation: Collating inputs, quality assurance, version control, and system reference.
  4. Publishing of Documents: Combining reports, creating bookmarks, pagination, transmittal, and distribution.
  5. Meetings and Appointments: Scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.
  6. Resource Schedule: Updating schedules, plans, and resource utilization checks.
  7. Procurement and Contract Documentation: Managing templates, sub-consultants, registers, and contractual documents.
  8. Project Finance Administration: Financial info distribution, expense processing, invoicing, financial reviews, and budget monitoring.
  9. Team Support: Job descriptions, project plans, and report updates.

Requirements include:

  1. Qualification: Grade 12 with a Diploma in Office Administration advantageous.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years in administration, secretarial, PA roles, and on construction project sites.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Experience in administrative or management roles.
