Job description

We are seeking 2 highly organized and proactive Branch Administrators to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to branch leadership, and facilitating coordination between departments. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates exceptional communication and multitasking skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within mining or industrial environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, basic reporting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
  • Maintain branch records, onboarding documents, stock levels, and daily compliance logs
  • Process procurement-related documents including purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash
  • Coordinate HR admin: medicals, inductions, leave tracking, timesheets and training logistics
  • Submit technician reports, service packs, and Certificates of Compliance
  • Act as liaison between head office and site; manage travel bookings, office supplies, and facilities
  • Ensure branch adherence to safety, compliance and reporting protocols
