Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join their team for a 6 month period.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, overseeing financial processes, compliance, and project coordination.
Requirements:
Matric and a qualification in Project Management or Administration
3 – 5 years of experience in Project Management Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Support project teams with administrative and financial processes
Assist with tender preparation, submission, and documentation management
Track project budgets, expenditures, and ensure accurate billing
Maintain and update project systems, documentation, and progress reports
Coordinate job planning, scheduling, and supplier orders
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain H&S files
Act as a key point of contact for project communications and stakeholder coordination
