Parvana seeks a strategic Chief of Staff for its Investment Advisory and Technology Strategy functions. You will drive governance, performance reporting, and budgeting processes to align technology direction with business priorities.

You will coordinate with senior leaders across Technology and Finance, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and process efficiency, while maintaining enterprise-level communication and planning cadence.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of professional experience with a track record of high performance.
• Background in management consulting, project/portfolio management, strategy, or a Chief of Staff / Office of the CTO role.
• Experience in Technology domains and understanding of how these orgs operate to create value.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes for senior audiences.
• Strong financial management capabilities, including budgets, performance data, and investment cases.
• Proven ability to actively use AI tools to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate annual and rolling technology strategy processes aligned with Group priorities.
• Design governance structures for senior decision forums and follow-through.
• Lead performance and value reporting for senior leadership on delivery and spend.

What you will be doing:
