Overview

FourthRev is looking for an experienced, impact-driven Programme Manager to join a high-performing Programme Development team. Based within the Product Development Team, you will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of our digital learning products—from strategy and curriculum co-creation to pedagogic design, development, and quality assurance. This role is ideal for someone confident in driving complex educational initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring products are delivered to the highest standard.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in both the UK and South Africa.

Your Mission

You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of world-class educational programmes. These programmes are designed to help learners thrive in the digital economy and are co-created with top universities, subject matter experts, and industry leaders. You will help shape our products to meet real-world needs and ensure a consistent learner-first experience across everything we build.

What You'll Do

1. Collaborate with the Product Development and Product Operations teams to guide product strategy using learner insights, industry trends, and technological advancements
2. Lead curriculum co-creation with universities and industry experts to deliver exceptional learner and business outcomes
3. Manage and support a team of subject matter experts or external contributors for curriculum design, content creation, and research
4. Partner with wider teams to ensure all learning materials meet quality standards across formats: written, video, graphical, and assessment
5. Perform regular quality assurance checks and final reviews before learner release
6. Work closely with the wider product team to align plans, priorities, and sprint execution
7. Provide updates and make decisions on trade-offs at sprint planning meetings or when schedules shift
8. Act as a liaison for stakeholder briefings, problem-solving sessions, and innovation meetings as needed
9. Support product roadmap development by reviewing and reporting on programme KPIs
10. Drive process improvements across the product lifecycle from concept to continuous improvement

Requirements

What You'll Bring

1. Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred fields: education, digital technology)
2. Strong experience in online education, instructional design, and digital pedagogy
3. Demonstrated success in designing blended and virtual learning experiences
4. Solid understanding of Agile methodology and user-centred design
5. Proven stakeholder management experience with senior partners
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
7. Experience working with international and remote teams
