Western Cape Government invites applications for a Programme Manager: e-Government for Citizens in Cape Town. You will oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensure governance, develop metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver digital services to residents.

The role requires a 3-year post-school qualification at NQF Level 6 and at least three years in middle management, with strong governance and project management capabilities.

• 3-year post-school qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Middle Management level experience.
• Knowledge of ICT governance and project management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Provide residents with access to ICT infrastructure and digital services.
• Develop and monitor WCG eCentre governance and reporting metrics.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and programme coordination.
• Ensure alignment with national and provincial policies and budgets.
