Our client based in Pretoria is urgently looking for a Programme Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Details of responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end project administration support on the ECM Programme Projects.
- Assisting in compiling and maintaining mandatory project documentation (e.g., project charter, business case, project plan, change requests) to ensure compliance with Programme Management Office standards and procedures.
- Collating and managing project information and reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to maintain effective communication.
- Updating and maintaining project schedules, highlighting deviations to adhere to timelines and facilitate planning adjustments.
- Maintaining a project repository for accessibility and audit purposes.
- Scheduling meetings, consolidating information, maintaining minutes, and following up on actions.
- Recording and maintaining lessons learned, risks, issues, and action logs for project risk management.
- Ensuring project continuity by following up on activities in the absence of the project manager.
- Maintaining financial spreadsheets, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Assisting with resource allocations.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, with high proficiency.
- Communicating effectively in written and spoken English.
- Working collaboratively in teams, managing conflicts, and working under pressure.
- Applying analytical skills, and preparing presentations and proposals.
- Possessing knowledge in quality assurance, continuous improvement, project management, planning, legislation, governance, risk, and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Five to eight years of experience in programme administration. Additional certifications in programme or project administration are advantageous.
Experience & Skills
Experience in project management methodology, program management, budgeting, leadership, supervising, contracts, and DoD experience is preferred.
