Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Program Officer for a reputable nonprofit in Kimberley. The role focuses on managing initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring activities, and delivering expected outcomes with a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in non-profit program management, strong M&E knowledge, and solid MS Office skills, plus a degree in a relevant field. Master's is a plus; Kimberley and Northern Cape familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination within the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of program cycle management and monitoring & evaluation (M&E).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned programs.
• Develop program work plans, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with program beneficiaries and local partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess program progress and provide support.
• Analyze program data and prepare regular progress reports for management and donors.
• Ensure programs adhere to organizational standards and best practices.
