Location: Pretoria East

Contract Duration: 2 years

Qualifications:

• BEng in Engineering
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management
• Minimum of 15 years experience in military engineering, high tech, or defense industry
• Proven experience managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Oversee successful delivery of various projects and project managers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project management plans
• Ensure contractual requirements are met efficiently across the project lifecycle

Skills and Attributes:

• Extensive experience in engineering development, production, and product support project management
• Strategic operational planning skills
• Proposal drafting and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
