Program Manager - Collections
Contract Type: Full Time

About Nivoda

Nivoda is a global B2B marketplace transforming the jewelry supply chain. Our platform connects thousands of independent jewelers with international suppliers through a seamless digital experience. With offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, and customers in 50+ countries, we are growing fast and building for scale.

At our core, we’re a technology-led company driven by bold ideas, relentless execution, and a deep understanding of our customers. As we expand, we’re looking for exceptional people who are builders at heart.

The Role: Program Manager | Collections Optimization

Nivoda Capital is seeking a technical, strategic Program Manager to own and evolve our global collections program. You’ll lead the charge in optimizing, automating, and scaling collections across a high-growth, multinational customer base with the opportunity to move on to the next big challenge within Nivoda Capital, the financial services arm of Nivoda group.

We're looking for a project and change manager at heart—someone who approaches challenges strategically, leads complex initiatives, and builds scalable solutions. You’ll bring a solid foundation in credit, AR, and collections, but your primary strength lies in designing and implementing high-impact changes across finance functions, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, Credit Risk, and Sales, building durable, data-driven solutions that enhance our cash position and reduce friction in the customer experience.

If you love fixing messy processes, automating manual work, and tackling high-impact projects in a fast-paced fintech environment, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Collections Program Roadmap
Design and deliver initiatives that improve DSO, reduce aging debt, and scale with growth.

  • Build & Automate Systems
Partner with Engineering and Ops to create tools, workflows, and automation that eliminate manual effort and improve visibility.

  • Be the KPI Owner
Manage key metrics: DSO, % current receivables, aging buckets, collections efficiency, gross loss, and more.

  • Lead with Empathy and Rigor
Develop a scalable process that balances assertive follow-ups with world-class customer centricity. At Nivoda we start with the customer, always.

  • Enable Cross-Functional Execution
Work with Credit, Sales, and Finance to align strategies, manage risk, and surface customer insights.

  • Drive Compliance and Documentation
Ensure accurate records, insurer claim follow-ups, and adherence to global best practices.

  • Scale Yourself Out
Build a self-sufficient collections function and move on to the next major program within Nivoda Capital, whether it’s credit expansion, new financial product development, risk automation, or payments optimization.

What You Bring

Technical & Operational Expertise

  • Significant experience leading projects and driving change initiatives across finance functions

  • Evidence of strong quantitative background (bachelor in STEM, Business or similar; quantitative job experience)

  • Proven success in building or improving collections processes at scale

  • Strong grasp of financial systems (e.g. ERP, AR dashboards, workflows)

  • Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)

  • Comfort working with data, able to analyze trends and build actionable reports

Leadership & Execution Skills

  • Experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end

  • Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically

  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across departments and time zones

Customer & Cultural Sensitivity

  • Comfortable negotiating with business customers across markets

  • Excellent written/spoken English; other languages a plus

  • Ability to navigate cultural nuances and business norms in global contexts

Mindset & Values

  • Resilient, resourceful, and outcomes-driven

  • Thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments

  • Act like an owner: bias to action, data-informed, and customer-centric

  • Intellectually curious and systems-oriented

What You’ll Get

  • Work at the heart of a global scale-up disrupting an old-school industry

  • Autonomy and ownership over high-impact, cross-functional programs

  • Collaboration with global teams across Finance, Tech, and Operations

  • Competitive salary + medical aid + generous leave

  • Hybrid work model (or fully remote)

  • Supportive, ambitious team culture that rewards curiosity and initiative
