The Foschini Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives within our diverse product portfolio in the Western Cape. You will partner with stakeholders to define vision, strategy and roadmaps, and translate business needs into actionable development plans.

With 5+ years collaborating with engineering in fast-paced environments, you will shape product delivery using agile methods, measure outcomes, and drive customer-centric improvements across our omnichannel

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Commerce.
• Program Management Certification.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of launching and optimizing digital products.
• 5+ years collaborating with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Project Management experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Commerce fields.
• Program Management Certification.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and optimizing digital products.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Project Management experience is an advantage.
