Role Overview

Lead and support a portfolio of Collision Avoidance System (CAS) installation and service programs across South Africa. Oversee planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.

Typical Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day management of CAS installation, commissioning, and service programs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define program governance controls.
• Plan the overall program and monitor progress.
• Manage the program’s budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, taking corrective action.
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies.
• Allocate and utilize resources across projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
