An exciting opportunity has become available! OneCart is hiring a Program Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities and initiatives for the Product team to attain organizational targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines aligned with the overall product strategy.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including defining scope, allocating resources, managing budgets, and mitigating risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication among engineering, design, operations, and growth teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency.
Program Management: Lead meetings, manage Agile processes, track progress, coordinate releases, and provide team training on Agile methodologies.
Effective Teamwork and Self-Management: Maintain a positive attitude, take ownership of development, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies and values.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in project or program management.
