• Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating training sessions, preferably with youth.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions and workshops for youth participants.
• Develop and adapt program content to meet the specific needs of the target audience.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all participants.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure program objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, engagement, and progress.
• Build rapport with participants, offering guidance and support throughout their program journey.
