About the Role

Our client, a well-established and impactful charitable organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support services to vulnerable families and individuals in Randburg, Gauteng , is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Director. This senior leadership role will oversee the development, implementation, and sustainability of all community service programs. You will be responsible for leading a team of program managers, ensuring program excellence, managing budgets, fostering key partnerships with government agencies and other NGOs, and driving the organization's mission forward. Requirements

• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, program development, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, and fundraising.
• Excellent understanding of social service delivery, community needs, and relevant policy frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field is required.
• Experience working within the Gauteng province, particularly in Randburg , is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
