Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (ASAQS accreditation preferred but not essential)
2. Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and commercial management
3. Proven experience including bringing projects to a successful conclusion
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and build client relationships
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
7. Ability to take control and manage complex projects
8. Good knowledge of current forms of Building Contracts including Public Contracts
9. Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g. Cubit, Excel)
