Job summary

joint-medical-holdings in Durban is seeking a Registered Nurse with theatre scrub experience to join our operating team. You will support surgeons, maintain sterile techniques, and ensure theatre runs at high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years as a Scrub Sister, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently, with flexibility to take extra hours as required.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse with valid APC.
• Good interpersonal skills with doctors, patients and colleagues is essential.
• Preferably have two or more years of experience as a Scrub Sister.
• Preferably be trained or qualified.
• Must be prepared to work additional hours.
• Must have excellent telephone skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Must be computer literate MS Word & Excel.
