Job summary

Mediclinic in George, Western Cape, is seeking a Professional Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, comprehensive nursing care in line with Scope of Practice. You will lead nursing teams to enable optimal patient care in a hospital setting.

You will maintain accurate nursing records, participate in risk management, and foster staff development while ensuring stock and equipment are correctly charted.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree enabling general nurse registration.
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred for specialist units.
• Basic life support and ACLS/ATLS/PALS training for specialised wards.

Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery

Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (e.g. Critical Care, Emergency Care, Peri-oprative Nursing) if place in a specialist unit
