Job summary

Mediclinic is seeking a Professional Nurse to deliver safe, comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team. The role focuses on patient safety, care quality, and accurate record-keeping to support optimal outcomes.

The nurse will mentor staff, facilitate learning, manage stock and equipment, and help create a positive patient experience while adhering to Scope of Practice regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma leading to registration as a General Nurse OR 4-year Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing.
• Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery is desirable.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (Critical Care, Emergency Care, Peri-operative) is desirable if in a specialist unit.
