To deliver integrated health and wellness services as outlined in the TPA and Department of Health NPO Service Package for 2023/24, within the scope of practice. This includes implementing and coordinating Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) within a defined geographic node. Responsibilities focus on wellness, health promotion, disease prevention, home-based care, and supervising community health workers to address primary healthcare needs of individuals, families, and communities.
