Position: Administrative Manager and Company Secretary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards.
This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians and Senior Sister's in charge.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality and comprehensive care by adhering to standards set by our Frail Care and Assisted Living Home.
- Administer medications accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor patient health and progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure from SANC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with elderly patients.
- Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients.
- Passionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
