Job summary

Communicate Finance seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil projects in South Africa. You will prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements while coordinating with diverse teams and clients.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and conduct site inspections during construction. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil engineering, a BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering, and PR Eng

• Bachelor-level or higher in civil engineering (BEng/BSc/BTech).
• Professional registration as PR Eng with ECSA.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and practices
• Experience in infrastructure, roads, water, stormwater, or municipal projects
• Proficiency in engineering design and project management software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant civil engineering experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites when required
