A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a Personal Assistant to support leadership within Private Bank Central Operations. The ideal candidate will manage diaries, handle travel arrangements, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential, alongside a proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
The primary function of this role is to provideadministrative and organisational support to leadership within Private Bank Central Operations to ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diary management (including travel arrangements), equipment and stationery coordination, minute-taking, and organising social engagements. This role requires diligence, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
