Professional Accountant (SAIPA)

Forming part of a respected and established Accounting and Tax services team, the role of the Professional Accountant (SAIPA) will have responsibility for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting duties for a diversified portfolio of the firm's clients.

Based in Durban North, this established financial services firm, offers their growing portfolio of clients a wide range of expert, financial solutions with the goal to grow business.

Duties include :

• Book-keeping - Cash books
• Creditors and debtors processing and reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT201, payroll, EMP201, EMP501
• Liaise with SARS
• Taxes - Individuals, Trusts, CC and Companies
• Drafting of Annual Financial Statements

Qualifications and experience required :

• SAIPA registered professional accountant
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• Detail oriented, self-starter who can work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills and a team contributor
