Professional Accountant (Sa)

Experience : Professional Accountant (SA), min 2 years post Articles - SAIPA in Good Standing

Transport : Own transport required

Work Environment : Onsite for 1 - 2 months, then Hybrid working environment

Salary : R30,000 to R40,000, depending on experience

Languages : Proficiency in AFRIKAANS and English non-negotiable

This is a full-time role as a Professional Accountant PA(SA) in Sandton, Johannesburg.

The Professional Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation. They will also provide financial analysis and assistance in decision-making processes. They need to be confident and comfortable meeting with clients.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Registered as a PA(SA) NON NEGOTIABLE
2. 2 years post article experience
3. AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH, non negotiable
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
5. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
6. Experience in budgeting and tax preparation
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Bachelor's degree in Accounting & completed SAIPA articles
