Job summary

A leading personnel agency is seeking a Production Team Leader in Germiston, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. Applicants with malting or brewing plant experience will be preferred.
