RCL FOODS is seeking a Production Team Leader for its Baking Division. The role is based in Krugersdrop and reports to the Shift Manager.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the area shift team for the execution of daily and routine production plans. They will ensure that all frozen products are packed and palletized according to company and legal specifications, and that stock is transferred into the bulk freezer.
