The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate team members. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities in a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• Previous lead/supervisory role in manufacturing/packaging.
• Experience with high-speed production lines.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Health and safety procedures awareness.
• Physically able to stand on the production floor.
• Full-time, on-site work in Soweto.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a team of production operators on high-speed packaging lines.
• Ensure daily production targets are met and maintain product quality.
• Monitor line performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Train new team members and mentor existing staff on procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on the floor.
• Maintain records of production output, downtime and quality checks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance staff to address equipment issues.
• Promote a positive and productive team environment.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by production management.
