About the Role

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
