Job description

Reverside is an IT services provider; we are always looking for professional candidates to join our team in Software Development, providing opportunities to work on exciting projects within our well-established client base. We are seeking two Production Support Analyst Professionals to serve as technical resources and subject matter experts for the bank's Host to Host channel's API offerings.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide specialist business and systems support to Corporate and Investment (C&I) banking clients to help minimize business disruption and enable business continuity.
  2. Support a platform that operates 24x7 with business hours from Monday to Sunday, including some out-of-hours activities to support system changes.
  3. Possessing a working understanding of Foreign Exchange and SWIFT is beneficial.
  4. Act as a liaison between various product and client engagement teams.
  5. Resolve production queries raised by client engagement teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders until resolution.
  6. Troubleshoot existing integrations and provide technical support to C&I clients.
  7. Manage relationships by facilitating issue resolution with technology partners and advising on system enhancements for improved client experience.
  8. Communicate product and data specifications to clients and partners in technical and non-technical meetings.
  9. Identify and suggest process and technology improvements to enhance API services.
