SUMMARY :

Position Overview :

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and updating production capacity targets for electricity and water meters daily, analyzing issues preventing target achievement, and promoting factory capacity improvements. Additionally, the role involves managing daily production plans, analyzing failures to meet targets, and reporting to the factory manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Planning : Set daily capacity targets for water and electricity meters, ensuring targets are achievable and locking in plans for at least three days.
• Sales Coordination : Regularly meet with the sales team to understand meter demand and verify stock levels to inform production planning.
• Monitoring and Analysis : Update daily production outputs, report to management, analyze reasons for target shortfalls, and develop solutions to improve productivity.
• Production Enhancement : Identify factors affecting efficiency, develop capacity improvement plans, and assist in their implementation to meet capacity goals.
• Additional Duties : Perform ad-hoc tasks, maintain 5S standards, and support other management activities in the inspection area.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Diploma in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or Production Supervisor, particularly in manufacturing water and electric meters.
• Proficiency in Office and SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in project management.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
