In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation and raw material department, ensuring that all manufacturing and material supply processes run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Your expertise in production planning, food safety standards, and inventory control will be essential in ensuring optimal resource use, minimal downtime, and timely product delivery.

POSITION INFO :

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment and at least 1-2 years in a production management role. A minimum of an NQF Level 4 or National Certificate in Food Production, Operations, or Industrial Engineering is required. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with knowledge of ERP systems such as Syspro, food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP), and quality compliance - are essential.
