General : Excellent time management skills and adherence to the times stipulated in the Employee contract are essential. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and conduct yourself professionally with all stakeholders. Follow all company policies, processes, and procedures. Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills. Ensure products meet all required standards and use equipment efficiently. Keep accurate records of all key documents to maintain a proper paper trail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Ensure punctuality and proper attendance; take necessary actions for poor attendance. Overtime may be required to meet customer orders if necessary.

Tasks and Responsibilities : Must have experience working on a Corrugated packaging line. Proven team management experience is required. The candidate should be a team leader and a team player, capable of leading and supporting management in daily operations. The role requires efficiency and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations, train and support staff, manage inventory, and ensure the production line follows the schedule provided by the Production Planner. Meet daily throughput requirements. Contribute to and monitor operational procedures, work practices, and team performance. Ensure processes align with business and brand standards. Organize and plan team activities to meet customer demand. Support team members to maximize their potential. Supervise delivery of quality service supporting business objectives. Collaborate with quality control, suppliers, and other staff for effective production. Maintain discipline by addressing misconduct and completing relevant paperwork. Work continuously to minimize waste and setup time, maximizing efficiency. Monitor throughput speeds and job preparation to reduce setup time. Manage stock requirements, raw materials, finished products, and waste. Ensure smooth production flow across all stages, including overtime, raw materials, tooling, manufacturing, palletization, and waste baling.

Basic Requirements : Understand supervisory roles, motivate teams according to business values, and achieve targets. Knowledge of financial operations and standard business procedures is necessary. Ability to organize and coordinate teams to meet service levels and customer demands. Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience within packaging is required.
