Job summary

SCallaghan in Durban is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to keep a busy manufacturing shift on track and to get the best from the team. The role focuses on meeting production targets, maintaining safe and smooth shift operations, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a formal qualification in Production/Operations Management or Engineering, 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving

This role will suit someone with good manufacturing experience who enjoys leading a team, meeting production targets and keeping the shift running safely and smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-4 years supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
