Placements24 is seeking a diligent Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Vereeniging, Gauteng plant. You will manage production line staff, ensure targets and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing/FMCG, with strong leadership, communication, and safety focus. Local shifts and hands-on supervision are essential for success.

Competenze

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for daily production planning, monitoring output, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements
