POSITION INFO :

Minimum Requirements :

• Qualification in production management or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a Supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within an Automotive Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle part or vehicle modification parts.

Responsibilities :

• Managing and coordinating the activities of the production team to achieve production goals in compliance within quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead, manage and supervise production staff, including operators.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure that the production schedules are met.
• Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Monitor production metrics such as output, quality and efficiency and take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and maintain production processes, ensuring they meet the industry standards and company requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working conditions.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address ay potential hazards.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Document any issues or deviations from standard procedures and implement corrective actions.
