Production Supervisor

Salary: R30 – R35 CTCLocation: Johannesburg South

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of production experience in the steel industry
2. Management Experience will be advantageous
3. Matric / Grade 12 with excellent math skills
4. Relevant degree / Diploma will be advantageous
5. Management courses or degrees will be advantageous

Duties:

1. Ensuring orders are processed within the SLA's
2. Manage and reduce scrap
3. Effective handling of and closing of NCR's
4. Updating the production schedule
5. House Keeping
6. WIP Area's maintained
7. Feedback on production achieved and challenges
8. Detailed shift Report
9. Legal Compliance Training of employees
10. Ensuring that employees are adhering to the company disciplinary code
11. Cost Control
12. Uptime Of Machines
13. First Line Maintenance
